My name is Lalita Zatz. I am a Life Coach, Health Mentor/Consultant and Certified Massage Therapist/Bodyworker.   I believe in the beauty of your dreams.  I believe in your ability to be restored and returned to a state of complete, natural well-being.  I believe in your ability to activate to the greatest version of yourself.

 

While growing up, I was discontent, dissatisfied and incredibly unhappy with life. I felt as if I didn’t fit in, like I was on the outside looking in. I was always trying to figure out the right thing to say, the right way to act, the right actions to take and the right person to be.  No matter how hard I tried, I seemed to always fall short of the world’s expectations of who I should be. So, I searched to find answers of how to navigate my life. Along my journey, I found myself exploring modalities of healing. Each one created more space for me to show up as my authentic self.  After one of my trainings, I distinctly remember having the thought, “I don’t want to go back home.”  Going back seemed heavy and small all of a sudden. I realised it was time to move beyond my unhealthy relationships. That part of my life was at cross-roads. Home now became the nurturing place I always knew it could be. And, my choices were filled with more ease from that point onward. On my journey, I navigated through chronic illness, depression, addiction, co-dependency, abuse, fear and trauma. I had enough of living as a victim and circumstance of life.

With these experiences in mind, Infinite Body Energy is created, to look beyond your past. To see what else is truly possible, by being in the present and creating a future that is truly you being you. Through years of exploration, I tapped into an energy which allows me to tune into what is truly possible when we choose to live in harmony with ourselves and creation.

Both scientifically and energetically, the human body is a stunning, intelligent design. We are individual authentic creations to enjoy our gifts. It is my honor to create the space and to support you in the embodiment of that unique authentic creation.
